Aims and objectives
- Address the lack of VET related training and to facilitate the implementation the EC priorities (towards digital competences).
- Systematic recording of knowledge and understanding gaps regarding the adoption of distributed ledger technologies.
- Development of complete training package (curriculum, interactive and engaging learning objects, effective ICT tools) to bridge the blockchain adoption gap.
- Increase the adoption rate of distributed ledger technologies in the selected services’ sectors (in modern SCM).
Target groups
- SMEs: SME owners, professionals and self-employed people from the tourism and agri/food industries
- Relevant professional networks: Associations and umbrella organisations of SMEs, professionals in the targetted sectors, trade unions, etc.
- VET Trainers: VET training institutions, individual teachers/trainers in distributed ledger topics and related business/market topics, providers of training material
- Authorities and policy makers: Local authorities (at municipality/city level), Policy and decision-making organisations/bodies in SMEs sustainability, digitilisation of SMEs, etc. –
- Tertiary education: Universities, students in economics/business as well as in ICT/engineering departments
- Society as a whole: The public is indirectly benefited by the project’s success, given the impact on SMEs operations
