Aims and objectives
- Provide a dedicated training for micro-SMEs that prepares them for participation in an ever more innovative business environment, while embracing the advances of a sustainable business model.
- Project is tailored to the needs of micro-SME entrepreneurs and embraces 21st century training and learning practices, using mobile and online learning applications. Instead of focusing on “academic” theories, our training will be practical, example/case driven
Target groups
– (aspiring) micro-SME business owners* who want to ensure this business can survive in the highly competitive and sometimes asocial business environment while relying on innovation and on sustainability, aspects that need to be balanced.
– Businesses that aim to provide an extra training to their young employees, but who desire to organise this inhouse, based on their own competences and experiences, supported by silver knowledge among their peer.
– Young people who want to improve their entrepreneurial skills by acquiring knowledge from experienced entrepreneurs. Here we also think for example about Rotaract members in Bulgaria and Greece, chambers of young (would be) entrepreneurs, students of secondary education (11th and 12th grade).
– Unemployed people who will be able to get prepared for the labour market and can improve their entrepreneurial knowledge and skills.

– Sustainable innovative business management training handbook for micro-SMEs
– Silver and peer knowledge training videos and online/mobile learning platforms
– 3 blended awareness training workshops in BG (Sofia, Plovdiv), EL (Athens)
